Our church experienced an AC unit that malfunctioned during one of the hottest heat waves of the Summer. A company came in and misdiagnosed the issue, giving us an astronomical repair estimate. We called around to get another opinion. Everyone we called was at least two weeks out. Several recommended Platinum. Angelo (the owner) and Orlando (the assistant?) came out the next day. They quickly identified an issue and explained the process of repairing it simply.
